Éclipse offers employability training programs that provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to enter the job market. Since 2004, our workshop has produced a range of products specifically designed to meet the needs of early childhood settings, such as childcare centres, family-based daycares, and nurseries.
These practical, durable items are carefully crafted by individuals enrolled in our socio-professional integration programs. Each year, approximately fifty people have the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed through the production of Lumi products. Additionally, our programs include two years of personalized follow-up to support participants’ professional success. We are proud to report that this approach is effective, with a significant percentage of our graduates successfully re-entering the job market or continuing their studies after completing the program.
